2. What we collect

3. How we use AI services
To turn speech into text and to score and coach your answers, we send your answers (as audio or text) to AI service providers that act for us. Their terms and privacy policies apply to that processing. (List your providers and confirm they do not train on your data.)
4. Photos and biometric data
Some laws treat facial images as sensitive. We ask for your clear consent before using your photo, we use it only for your headshots, and we delete it when you ask. (Check the rules in each country where you sell, for example the EU, UK and parts of the US.)
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, AI processing, payments, email), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
6. Keeping and deleting
You can delete recordings, résumés, photos or your whole account at any time in your account settings, and we remove them from our systems within a reasonable period. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to some processing. Email support@example.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
ShortlistedPrep is not meant for people under 16 (or the age required in your country). (Confirm the right age for your market.)
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the product.
